Starting problem resolved. I had a chronic but inconsistent starting problem with my 2004 Tundra. Val kept me informed on the progress the technicians were making. The problem I had a chronic but inconsistent starting problem with my 2004 Tundra. Val kept me informed on the progress the technicians were making. The problem was not with the starter nor the switch but in the computer. We all know how hard it is to find and repair computer glitches. The team was also considerate of my wallet. They offered me multiple solutions of which I was able to pick the more economic. I was very happy with the service, communication and the cost. More

Great Again, Val took great care of us for our 120,000 mile service. We had a late morning appointment but the team got the truck done quickly. Also, we appreciated the comp loaner vehicle which helped out with our logistical needs. Although we live closer to Elk Grove, the personal and professional service keeps us returning to Maita. Another Great Experience!! We have been going to Maita Toyota for sales and service since March 2008 when we first bought my wife's Camry Hybrid. We have since bought a new 201 We have been going to Maita Toyota for sales and service since March 2008 when we first bought my wife's Camry Hybrid. We have since bought a new 2015 Avalon Limited Hybrid there and had both of those cars, her parent's Prius and our children's three Toyotas serviced there. Now to this trip there; we needed a smog test (really, on a Prius?) and the normal 5,000 service. Our normal Service Advisor was off sick that day so Val Valadez said he would be happy to help us. Great experience as usual, Val made everything feel just like normal. He kept us posted, took care of my Uber ride arrangements, everything. . Thanks Val!!! More

Awesome maintenance on my vehicle almost 18 years I have a 1996 4Runner and have brought it to Maita for most of the years I have had it. It is the best car ever and I believe that can be attributed t I have a 1996 4Runner and have brought it to Maita for most of the years I have had it. I know dealerships may not be the most inexpensive option however the consistent service I have received and the reliability of my car for all these years speaks to the awesome work this place does. The worst waste of money ever and time I don't recommend this dealer to nobody I have to take a hit on the dealers mistake I was told they have the part for recall a few hours later they ca I don't recommend this dealer to nobody I have to take a hit on the dealers mistake I was told they have the part for recall a few hours later they call me saying they don't have the part. That means waste of gas and wear and tear on my vehicle plus time in the end is money down the drain. The dealer mess it up big time. Not to mention the automated system did not let me post the first review so who ever reads this post keep in mind that where trying to keep the truth hidden. More
