They are not always nice When my 5 year old BlueTec started timing out…..over and aver again they denied knowing what was wrong Than they announced BlueTec was a failed technology They finally “fix started timing out…..over and aver again they denied knowing what was wrong Than they announced BlueTec was a failed technology They finally “fixed” it after 2 years and gave me a whopping 3 year warranty Now my very expensive Mercedes which should have lasted well over 10 years may barely make it to 9 years You pay 30% more for everything they service on your car out of warranty Good Luck More
