The overall customer service was excellent, everyone was pleasant and nice. They also know what they are talking about as far as experience. A little pricey if you ask me. I am all about service and there should be some kind of Nissan club for owners that allow you to build up perks or something. The free coffee and waiting area is nice but let's be realistic as far as pleasing the guest if your going to charge me max price on a serpentine belt at least use some vaseline when your gaslighting the prices. More

I brought my car for a cluncking noise and they harassed me to trade in my car. I said no and then they gave me back my car telling me the transmission was messed up and needed to be replaced. 4 different p me to trade in my car. I said no and then they gave me back my car telling me the transmission was messed up and needed to be replaced. 4 different people txted me telling me "they need/want ny car on their lot etc..." I felt like they were trying to force me into getting a newer vehicle. I then took my car here to Ocala Nissan and paid again so they can give me a 2nd opinion and they basically reprinted the 1st document they gave me from the leesburg Nissan. A waste of $300+. I got nothing fixed on the car, left with a $8900 quote and $300+ in my pocket! More

Vanessa was friendly and knowledgeable. I was dreading coming in as my last experience entailed pushy sales. I purchased a dashboard holder for my cell phone in Your parts department and took it to the service area after they had already taken my car for the oil change. They installed it for me free of charge and parts department and took it to the service area after they had already taken my car for the oil change. They installed it for me free of charge and also removed some old faded, scratch protector, tape from the bottom of both passenger side doors. Very satisfied. That is why I make the 45 minute trip from The Villages every time I need an oil change. Your service department Team always offers. Excellent service. Vanessa was very professional, courteous, and helpful. I will ask for her again. More
