When bringing a car for repairs I never know exactly what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised here. Everyone from the receptionist to the agent (Vanessa Dean) and repair work was first class. I wouldn' to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised here. Everyone from the receptionist to the agent (Vanessa Dean) and repair work was first class. I wouldn't hesitate to return again if it's necessary. Also the waiting environment was just great. More

This guy Jimmy was so rude the instant it looked like he did something wrong. I had to take my car back within a half mile of leaving the dealership. Then he treated me like I was the problem. It turned out did something wrong. I had to take my car back within a half mile of leaving the dealership. Then he treated me like I was the problem. It turned out there was a sensor in my widow washer fluid dispenser that was setting off one of the lights on my dash. His solution was to bang on the top of it then ask the advisor if the sensor went out. It didn’t so he got under the car and started banging on it from the bottom. Meanwhile my bumper popped loose on the other side when he was doing this. I pointed it out am he instantly became aggressive. Pointed out some little scraps on my bumper saying that’s is what did it. Then he went and got his iPad where they took pictures of my car when I brought it in the first time and proceeded to show me the section between my hood and the quarter panel yelling see there is a whole and that’s before I ever touch it. Sooooo that gap is how the car is actually built (rolling my eyes) then trying to show him about afoot away from the hood and the quarter panel down where the BUMPER actually is that even in his picture it was attached, smooth and even. His ego kept getting in his way resulting in me being treated as if it was MY fault 🤦♀️ Wow dude really??? You can’t even tell the difference between where the bumper is and the hood is. This all started because I brought my vehicle in on Monday because I had several lights going off warning about the brakes and the e brake. I passed d $600 to supposedly change the e brake switch. Picked it up Tuesday. Thursday morning there were even more lights going off and now flashing. So I had to take it back again. Guess who worked on my car and messed it up the first time and had to correct his mistake… yes this guy. I caught his attitude and treatment towards me on video and it is headed straight to corporate. He messed it up then damaged my car and his response to all that was to blame the customer and treat me like dirt. Unbelievable!!! I have bought 4 cars at the various Pearson owned dealerships over the years. The funny part is this guy actually said to me “you know what the best part is…I never have to see you again” I have that on video. So Pearson your own seasoned tech that apparently has been there a long time really thinks he is running the show and can say and do whatever he wants with no consequences. More
