I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing. First, I was never contacted when my permanent tags were ready. I called multiple times, and each tim dealership has been extremely disappointing. First, I was never contacted when my permanent tags were ready. I called multiple times, and each time the receptionist brushed me off, telling me to just “wait for a letter in the mail.” When my temporary tags were about to expire, I went in person—only to find out my tags had been sitting there the entire time. I let that go, but recently I received an incredibly unprofessional email from the General Manager threatening legal action for something I wasn’t even aware of. The email looked like a scam, so I called the dealership directly. Once connected to the GM, he aggressively told me I had been “avoiding his calls for weeks.” When I asked him to verify the number he was using, it turned out he had been calling the wrong one. If he truly believed I was ignoring him for weeks, why did I only receive one email today? That doesn’t add up and feels extremely unprofessional. On top of that, the issue itself was not my responsibility—it was because the bank hadn’t sent them the title for my traded-in vehicle. Instead of handling it properly, the GM told me I needed to track down the title myself—something the bank lost, not me—and demanded I call him back that same day. This entire process has been frustrating, aggressive, and stressful. From being ignored by the receptionist, to discovering my tags were mishandled, to being falsely accused of dodging calls and receiving a threatening email from management, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. Buyers beware: once they sell you a car, the customer service stops. More

Waited over 3 hrs. Granted, they were busy, due to spring break, but I was never told I’d have that long of a wait. I told them NOT to take my car thru the car wash. It was WRITTEN on my slip, not to wash it. When it was finally finished, I drove all the way back home, to Harford county and notice they didn’t put a new sticker on the windshield, telling next maintenance. I drove all the way back to the dealership to get a new sticker and all I got was a simple, “sorry”….no “Can I give you an accesory, of your choice, for free?” Absolutely NOTHING was offered. I dread when it comes time for an oil change or tire rotation, knowing I have to go to Jerry’s and hope I don’t deal with more nonsense and poor customer service. More

We bought our car at Jerry’s and had an informed, attentive and nice sales person. We get service on our car at Jerry’s - easy to schedule online, options to wait or not, and maintenance is explained attentive and nice sales person.
