We live in Michigan and have been searching high and low trying to find the perfect Tahoe for our family. We even made a 12-hour commute to Delaware, and had the most disappointing dealership experiences ti trying to find the perfect Tahoe for our family. It was well worth the commute to work with such an upscale dealership that truly cares about its customer experience. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, we were instantly blown away by the care and detail they take of their vehicles. When we made our way to our Tahoe, it was parked up front and we were mesmerized by the detailing and could hardly wait to purchase it. Our Tahoe looks and drives as if it is brand new and that was something we never thought was possible! During our time at Lexus, Shelley and even multiple other employees checked in on us several times offering beverages and snacks. The Used Car Manager checked in with us about our experience and thanked us. The atmosphere was relaxing, comfortable, and luxurious. Shelley truly went above and beyond sending us a walk-through video of the Tahoe before our commute, and answered all of our questions swiftly; She even contacted us back before the dealership was open. We are so grateful to have met everyone employed at Lexus, and we miss them already as they treated us like family. We highly recommend Lexus of Akron-Canton. More

Veronica, the Finance Manager, we worked with was very knowledgeable and explained all our options very clearly. Veronica was a pleasure to work with. Justin, not sure his title but I’d call him the tech genius. He went through all the fancy technology and made sure we knew how to access and use. He was a joy to work with. The day we picked up our SUV was very fun. Kari took us to the pick up area in the garage. Our vehicle was covered up with a black cloth and several sales people were there and clapped when we came to see our new vehicle. They took pictures as they unveiled it - this was very cool. When we went to visit Lexus of Akron-Canton, we had no intention of buying a TX, but we were just inquiring and wanted some indication of trade-in value for our 2019 NX-300. However, in our discussions wi intention of buying a TX, but we were just inquiring and wanted some indication of trade-in value for our 2019 NX-300. However, in our discussions with Mark regarding the TX’s on the lot and test driving the Sport TX, we felt very comfortable with him and his professionalism. Mark was very knowledgeable and simply laid out the steps that would be needed to purchase the Sport TX. He helped us through getting NX-300 title from our home in Foley, Al, and provided us the information for the money transfer. Both Ruth and I were very comfortable in working with Mark and Roni through the total process. Tristan helped us with all the IT issues that we needed to know in the operation of the Navigation system and the electronics of the TX. So in conclusion Ruth and I were very pleased with Mark and the entire process! If you are looking for a Lexus go to Lexus of Akron-Canton, you will be in good hands and treated very well. More
