Very happy with my new truck!!! After much debate on whether or not I should get a new truck, I went to Toyota of Braintree to check out my options. As soon as I got in the showroom I was greeted by Victor (sales consultant) and he guided me throughout the entire process. He broke everything down for me and made it very clear that my best option was to get out of my old car and it made sense. There was no BS with him, very straight forward and clearly knowledgeable in the vehicles and the different options to approach the purchase. I ended up trading my old 4runner and got myself into a new Tacoma. I absolutely love the new truck and had a great experience at the dealership. Brian made the process very easy in the business office. And I walked out feeling extremely confident in my new purchase. I could not recommend this dealership and Victor more! Great experience! This was my first car purchased at Toyota. Was a great experience working with Victor who helped me. Was able to take a few cars out for a couple of test drives as requested and see all the features of the different trim models and colors for the type of vehicle I was looking for. I was told about all of the features in the vehicle and everything. The staff there was great and funny. Made the whole experience fun and exciting. So I made a call and fortunately I was very please with the customer service I received, all question was answer and I was able to move forward with the purcharse. The finance Manager Walace Langame went above and beyond any expectations I had, provided me knowledge on what I was getting and above all help me every step of the way to get my license plates in Florida before I went to Massachusetts to get my new baby. What an amazing surprise on my arriving, great location, very friendly environment and when Wallace show us are vehicle I even got little emotional the vehicle has so many features that we could not believed. Thanks to everyone that was involved on this deal especially to Wallace Langame for an above and beyond customer service. More
