I wish I could make a commercial for Lithia! I’ve always had the best service and truly feel like every employee loves working there. I really love all the extra things lithia does for our community and esp had the best service and truly feel like every employee loves working there. The Tale of Four Subarus I just recently purchased my 4th Subaru. Started with a 14 XV Crosstrek, then Forester XT, then my beloved WRX STI, and now an Outback 3.6R Touring. I just recently purchased my 4th Subaru. Started with a 14 XV Crosstrek, then Forester XT, then my beloved WRX STI, and now an Outback 3.6R Touring. Why so many changes? Lifestyle, wants, and needs change like the wind. Thankfully, subaru, and specifically Lithia Subaru, had been there as my needs have changed. Throughout these 6+ years of ownership, I am happy to say I have been treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy that keeps bringing me back. The last two deals going through Victor Bravo. My most recent deal was handled by Mr. Brandon Beck, and once again happy to say the streak continues. As I live a little over an hour away from the dealership, Brandon answered my questions, snapped a few pictures, threw a few rough numbers my direction and helped narrow my focus and ultimately to the car I ended up purchasing. He was patient, prompt, followed up with my hectic schedule... was never pushy, understanding to my needs, and let me come to my own conclusions. Also, as I was trading in a higher end car, the STI, he worked with getting me the best deal he could, and made the process as seem less as possible. In the end, Brandon helped me find the Outback that I not only LOVE, but ticked every checkbox I needed for my change of work and lifestyle. Maybe this will be my forever car... but if not, I know I will be going back to Lithia Subaru. More
