I had a great experience at Lithia Subaru, Fresno! I went with my Husband and Mother-in-Law and we were greeted by Victor Bravo very quickly. He did an awesome job showing us the different vehicles I went with my Husband and Mother-in-Law and we were greeted by Victor Bravo very quickly. He did an awesome job showing us the different vehicles and we almost immediately found the right fit for us. We decided to still drive around to other dealerships to see how we liked other cars after initially meeting him but after a long day we were still favoring Subaru and Victor. We absolutely love our new Outback Onyx and everyone who’s seen it up here on the Mountain has complemented it. I really appreciate Lithia for treating us so well, staying late for us, and getting our car ready for us with a personal touch before we arrived to pick it up the next day. Victor spent time showing us all the features and how to connect our phones, etc to make sure we are getting the most out of it and I love having these new features I’ve never had before in any of my cars. I look forward to bringing the car back in for services / check ups and getting to know the team better.
