By this I mean there is never a question when a repair does not appear to solve the problem... they will make it right, without the nickel-diming of "covered"/"not covered". You leave feeling they are professional enough to know what the outcome should be, and will ensure the service meets that objective. They are personable and committed to ensuring satisfaction. Tire replacement I am surprised that you do not keep tires in stock for your vehicles. I came to you to replace my flat tire and I was at the dealership for more than I am surprised that you do not keep tires in stock for your vehicles. I came to you to replace my flat tire and I was at the dealership for more than 2 hours waiting only to find out you couldn’t find a tire anywhere. After saying you would get me a loaner then no loaners were available. Subsequently we had to come back for a new tire. While there they tried to tell us we needed a new battery. My husband kind of felt you were just trying to sell us more. The battery is perfectly fine. Possibly it was left on while you were replacing the tire and the battery ran down. On top of that after you put my spare back the tools were not packed up and tucked away. I know the AAA guy who came to my rescue left them out but as a place that focuses on service I thought everything would have been buttoned up and not rattling around. I wish I went with my first instinct and went to my local tire center. This is the first time I ve had an issue with the service at Infiniti. More

Not worth the time Bought my first car here. Salesmen and hosts are nice but management is horrible. Was called a child multiple times in front of my own mother (I’m 21, Bought my first car here. Salesmen and hosts are nice but management is horrible. Was called a child multiple times in front of my own mother (I’m 21, a legal adult.) I was called a liar. It seemed almost as if I was being accused of trying to swindle the dealership. A lot negative talk coming from the people who are trying to take MY money. The car was a used subaru wrx 2014 with 70k miles. Sure the car could have been previously beat on, but I was assured everything had gone through a multi point inspection and all checked out well. Clutch burned out 2 days into driving it (didnt expect that but not surprised) I was immediately put on blast (again, in front of my own mother) suggesting I didn’t know how to drive the car properly. If you’re looking for an Infiniti, there are plenty of other dealerships to go to. If you are looking for another model car, don’t even bother coming here. More
