Top Notch Service I purchased a pre-owned QX60 in Nov 2018 and brought it in to the service dept. for a few minor things the other day. From scheduling the appointment, I purchased a pre-owned QX60 in Nov 2018 and brought it in to the service dept. for a few minor things the other day. From scheduling the appointment, to dropping it off, getting a loaner, and doing the pick up process, the transaction was flawless. All staff are courteous and professional, the waiting room is clean and inviting, and my main contact Dennis Matteau was wonderful to work with. Top-notch service I called the Infiniti of Nashua service Center to get my radiator fan replaced. They asked if I would be available to bring my car in within a half h I called the Infiniti of Nashua service Center to get my radiator fan replaced. They asked if I would be available to bring my car in within a half hour, to which I responded that I would be right there. They had my car fixed and ready to go in just over an hour. I waited in a comfortable waiting room with free snacks, Wi-Fi and television. Having my own car fixed and ready to drive home in just about an hour is more than I could’ve ever expected for a service appointment. I’m super impressed with their service and wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else to service my vehicle again. Victor Burgos helped me out during my visit. Victor is truly an asset to Infiniti! If he’s not currently the individual leading the customer service efforts of your service department, he should be! Thank you Victor. More
