Disappointed concerned about my purchase I have owned this car a month and a half and I am extremely concerned about the integrity of this vehicle. Aside from the issues I had when it was fi I have owned this car a month and a half and I am extremely concerned about the integrity of this vehicle. Aside from the issues I had when it was first delivered to me, and several phone calls and texts to rectify the initial more “cosmetic” issues .....I now have something seriously wrong under the hood! My husband called for service and we have to wait several days before someone can look at it and for an available loaner car. I am beyond dissatisfied, and rightfully so. I would like to be contacted by the manager of this dealership to discuss my concerns and purchase of this vehicle. I purchased a certified used car from this dealership with confidence. That confidence has diminished greatly with all that has transpired. Going forward, how they handle and resolve this issue will determine if I can restore any faith I might have in the Infiniti name. More

Used 2015 Acadia Bought a used car from them and has been back multiple times for brake sticking issue and they cant diagnose nose the problem so I’m stuck with a car Bought a used car from them and has been back multiple times for brake sticking issue and they cant diagnose nose the problem so I’m stuck with a car that has a intermittent brake issue I had told the head service manager the problems I had and also had video proof of breaks over heating and asked the head dealer manager that I wanted a piece of paper noting this was a reoccurring issue so after the 30 day warranty was up I was still covered and they were not willing to sign such document so now I’m debating to file a lemon law wish I had never bought this car so much for certified preowned More
