Steering wheel heater poorly designed. Steering wheel heater is disappointing. It does not get very warm. We were told this is how it is supposed to work. I believe this Service Dept di Steering wheel heater is disappointing. It does not get very warm. We were told this is how it is supposed to work. I believe this Service Dept did the best it could. This is a poor design by Infinity. It may seem like a minor issue but on every other car we drove the heater was much warmer. Unfortunately we did not drive an Infinity with this option before purchased. We assumed it would work as well as or better than the others. To be honest we would not have purchased this car if we knew this is how the heater worked. More

They worked up a resonable quote on the spot and worked me into the schedule to get it done that day. I didnt have to wait long, but they found me a rental car anyways so i could run errands.
