Going Above and Beyond !!!! In one of our most recent snow storms I accidentally slide into a Fire Hydrant and damaged the rim. I called up Victor Pena and asked if this is somet In one of our most recent snow storms I accidentally slide into a Fire Hydrant and damaged the rim. I called up Victor Pena and asked if this is something that would be covered by the warranty. Since it was covered I dropped my car off, got a loaner and went on my way, a few days later I was told that the damage was too deep and that the warranty company would not cover it. Since I purchased the extended Wheel and Tire package, I thought this was an open and shut case well......not always !! The warranty company gave Victor a hard time, and after some back and forth Victor finally convinced the warranty company to cover and repair the damage. They sent one of their folks out to assess and repair the damage. Anyone who knows me can tell you that I am fanatical when it comes to my vehicles. So, I can't tell you how grateful I am to Victor, who in my eyes, went above and beyond to get this covered and repaired. Thank you Victor, awesome job !!!! More
