The sound I was asking about was an engine issue and it wasn't normal. It has been 3 months since I purchased and I have waited to write a review until I was sure of the outcome. Sam is young, so maybe he just didn't know, but everytime I pulled up into a friends driveway and they ask me if that was my car making that sound and I told them what Sam told me "It is normal," they laugh at me and told my motor is going to blow. 3 months later, sure enough now it has. More

I exchanged many emails with Victor before l left from Cincinnati, the deal was virtually done before left. He told me he couldn't be there and said to ask for Lisa Goins. When I got there I was totally taken aback! It looked like a new car dealership, not like the usual used car lot. Beautiful facility! It was even better when we went inside. People just coming up to introduce themselves and offer anyway? help they could. Offered us a selection of water and sodas. Then we met Lisa Goins. It was a great experience with her. She could not have been more helpful, nice, and courteous. It was actually a fun experience. I would recommend Lisa and The Indy Auto Man to anyone and everyone. More

Tough start--great finish Searched for weeks online for a vehicle. Found one from IAM. Started off with an anonymous text. Victor replied to my text message promptly. My w Searched for weeks online for a vehicle. Found one from IAM. Started off with an anonymous text. Victor replied to my text message promptly. My wife and I went up on a Saturday. The place was bumpin!!! BUSY BUSY!! We met with Nick. He showed us the car, allowed us to take it for a test drive, etc. We left that day without the car, to think about it. A few days later We decided to purchase the vehicle! I contacted Nick and let him know we would be coming to get it! He was off work the day we made it up and passed us on to Noe. Nick did not do a good job of communicating with us at this point. Reasons I was disappointed: ~~Nick passed us off to someone else ~~Nick failed to communicate with us about all the paperwork and documentation that we should have brought with us the day we purchased the vehicle. This meant I had to contact my wife while she was at work. It also meant we spent about 35-45 minutes trying to track down all the necessary paperwork when I could have easily planned it out the night before and had it ready had he communicated! ~~Nick also gave us a price for the extended warranty that was not valid. Literally told us an amount that would work, we brought a cashiers check for that amount and then were told that amount was not valid! ~~ they did not provide floor mats for the car Reasons we decided to buy the car from IAM anyway: ~~Noe had a great personality, was energetic and seemed sincere to help. He did a great job running interference for Nick. Noe was handed our file and did a great job of getting the paperwork together, keeping me calm and ensuring that we got the deal done! ~~Joel also was pleasant and helpful during my time with him! ~~ We felt like we got a great deal on a very nice car!!! ~~they provided us an IOU for service work for a minor minor scrape/dent we found on the car! I never like buying a car. I always feel like the sales people are just looking at you like $$$$. Nick made us feel this way! Almost like we were wasting his time. We (my wife and I) made mention of that to each other at different points throughout our interaction with him. Noe and Joel did not!!! In fact, they saved the day as this pessimistic, mild mannered, guy was about to walk out the door without a car! Hats off to Noe and Joel! More
