Carl is always such a dear, so helpful and such a good listener! Kudos to Carl. I was surprised though that I was the only customer when I arrived and had to wait on a service agent. There were five sitting at their desks inside at the time. Only Carl came out to help me and that was right after his meeting with the Service Manager. Not a good look when there are so many service agents doing nothing to help customers. Robert was also very attentive. He tried to help me while I waited, then gave me a lift home in the shuttle. Shady and deceitful I purchased a 2012 Scion xD a year ago it ran out of gas 3 blocks from dealership. 3 days later over heated a week later water pump went out then my b I purchased a 2012 Scion xD a year ago it ran out of gas 3 blocks from dealership. 3 days later over heated a week later water pump went out then my brakes went out Toyota refused to repairs these issues dispite that it's Toyota certified vehicle. I also got the extended warranty. Recently during an oil change they told me my alternator was going out but they couldn't fix it till it went out completely. It's been 3 months since then now my alternator is out and they say I have to pay cause it's not covered as a Toyota certified vehicle. So I'm guessing my extended warranty doesn't mean anything. To anyone thinking about buying a vehicle from here I'd say find another Toyota dealership. They think because this is a wealthy area that can screw their costomers. Well not if I can help it More
