1st time Buyer-Poor Experience When I was negotiating for the car I was told that the all weather maps were being "thrown in". When I looked at the sticker, they were already factor When I was negotiating for the car I was told that the all weather maps were being "thrown in". When I looked at the sticker, they were already factored into the purchase price. On the day of picked up it was raining and I did not want to pick up the car. The salespeople seemed annoyed. When I did pick up the car, I received an email in the morning for my salesperson asking if I would be in at 3 PM. I stated "No" I would be there at 2 PM and he stated no problem. I arrived promptly at 2:05 PM. I waited until 2:30 5 PM as my salesperson had either gone out to lunch or to handle another customer. In between, the Sales Manager said he would look for him and, if you were not there shortly, he would take care of me. I never saw him again. When I did see them my salesman, he stated that he was sorry but he was "busy with other customers" and "I thought someone would've started your paperwork". I processed the paperwork and asked for a scan of same. I did not receive it until I had asked the second time days later. The salesman showed me the car and spent very little time with me. I had to complain that I did not know the car and he invited me back. At that time, he was very helpful. I bought the tire insurance a few days later. I asked my contact person to please send me a copy of the policy. He stated he would do so. I am still waiting to this day. Minor point is that the key I received did not have a ring in order to utilize a keychain. Most importantly, I have personalized plates of in my family for over 50 years. I provided my registration and it was quite clear that the plates would be transferred. Imagine my surprise when I received my new registration and it had regular license plates attached to it. The salesman stated that he would straighten it out and I certainly hope so. More
