Review for Kia Dealership on 441 My experience with this dealership has been very disappointing. I purchased my Kia here because of Miss Annette, who was an excellent salesperson, but since she left, t this dealership has been very disappointing. I purchased my Kia here because of Miss Annette, who was an excellent salesperson, but since she left, the customer service has gone downhill. After getting an oil check in August, I started experiencing issues with my monitor — the radio and backup camera screen began cutting in and out every time I hit a bump. Because of my full-time work schedule, I couldn’t return right away, but as soon as I was able, I brought the car back. I even had to involve my lawyer just to get them to look at the issue, and yet they claimed they couldn’t find anything. To this day, the problem remains unresolved. For a brand-new car, I expected much better accountability and customer support. Instead, I felt brushed off and not taken seriously. It seems like this dealership only cares about selling cars, not standing behind them once problems arise. I will not be returning to this dealership for service and would not recommend it to others. More
