I had a great experience with this dealership and the dealer who helped me (Kerwin). I was looking for a car that would help me pay less monthly. The previous dealership I stopped at before this one told dealer who helped me (Kerwin). I was looking for a car that would help me pay less monthly. The previous dealership I stopped at before this one told me there was nothing they could do to help me based off my situation (high mileage with a 2020 car) (negative equity galore). BUT when I came into the Mazda dealership I was greeted by Kerwin and I explained to him my situation and what the previous dealership had told me and he want out of his way to make something work for me. My favorite part was that it was genuine and didn’t feel like he was just trying to send me home with a car but rather because I was honest with him he went out of his way to try and help me out by any means necessary which allowed me to go home with a new car and some financial relief. He also sat with me and showed me everything I needed to know about my car before I left the lot which was very helpful since I’m not very good with technology at all. I had a great experience and definitely think im a Mazda man moving forward! More
