Arlington Lexus provides terrible customer service that’s why I Victorino took such great care of me. I will always come back to Woodfield Lexus. Unfortunately when I bought my car Woodfield did not have any in stock that’s why I ended up at Arlington. Arlington did service on my car that was not needed and charged me for it. I love Woodfield Lexus. This is where I purchased my GS350 that I brought in for service last week. Service did take a bit longer than quoted and I asked to skip the carwash to get to my appointment which was unfortunate. Also can you add sodas to the the complimentary juice and water? I am used to that other luxury dealerships. More
