Hi, I understand when you left earlier, you and your spouse were satisfied and shook our service manager's hand. We did your vehicle's recall, but Victor noticed the tech did not fully reattach the steering wheel cover. Victor took your car back into the shop and the attachment was completed very quickly. Yes Victor try to fix the steering column and was not successful. He called another technician and he was able to fix it. The technicians do poor quality work and no one inspects the jobs they do on the customers vehicles. Someone should inspect their work before returning the vehicle to the customer. We also had the electric switch replaced on the driver seat and the molding was broken. We complaint to Victor and he order a new one and replaced it. We thank him fir getting another technician to fix the problem bug we didn’t shake his hand. Also the parts department won’t answer the phone it goes straight to voice mail and it replies that the voice mail box is full and the call gets disconnected. I call Katie several times and she transferred me to another extension and the same thing happened. So I called her again and ask her if she could go and check to see why they don’t answer the phone. and let them know that I need to order parts. Katie replied that she doesn’t work in that department and she couldn’t go anything about it. I would never recommend this service center to anyone do to the poor service on the vehicles and and poor service from the staff as well..

Excuse me, my name is on the registration, its not psyco and dont just post something for posting and show others that yall have answers, you didnt go through this i did so i myself saw the air filter and its ok. She additionally offered me a package of $650 which was not my initial concern, on top of that i wanted 2 screws on my new number plate, first of all being a dealer youll need to have 2 screws atleast and do not have to wait to order it plus yall took 2 and 1/2 hours just for inspection sticker which im not doing for the furst time, so yes ofcourse yall need to really improve your service!!
