Aida made our entire experience of buying our first Mazda feel so special. She was incredibly caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable. Knew the features we wanted plus the "nice-to-have-but-not-required" options and had a tight schedule to work around. Had to do all of the initial contact and negotiating remotely via phone/email. We had our financing in-hand and all comparisons were based on final/out-the-door price. Contacted numerous dealerships in the Central and South Florida areas, individually and through both Edmunds and Consumer Reports new car purchase services. Out of all of the dealerships, Sport Mazda was the ONLY one that provided open and honest price quotes with no hidden fees or upcharges to recover their advertised "discounts" (one dealership in the Orlando area even tried to charge fees above MSRP on accessories and options - PLUS installation charges). Turned out that the configuration we wanted was in short supply, so the dealers had to look around to find one that was appropriate (including dealer-to-dealer transfers). After several tries, Sport Mazda eventually found one that fit the bill. The purchase went EXACTLY as promised (vehicle and quoted final price). Will definitely recommend and will place them on our "trusted dealer" list. More
