I enjoyed working with Victor. However I was disappointed in the lack of negotiating being done until I had another offer. My loyalty to Victor is what brought me back to Valley H However I was disappointed in the lack of negotiating being done until I had another offer. My loyalty to Victor is what brought me back to Valley Honda to buy. This is my 4th Honda car I have bought since moving to Naperville and first one I bought from here due to lack of negotiating and being competitive. I hope that changes. More

Certainly would have given 5 stars had it not been for the disappointing experience in the financing end of the deal with your Finance Manager, whose name I prefer not mention. I was helping my sister who lives in Chicago buy a Honda HRV. Unfortunately on that particular day Mr. Roland Gomez was off and Bill Terhorst whom I have known for many years put me in touch with Victor Ramirez. Victor was awesome in every way and was very well versed with the products we were looking to acquire. We test drove a couple of HRV's and was extremely pleased with our choice. The entire process was perfect until we stepped into the final event for financing. It was the shocking manner and the approach in addressing the extended warranty that broke the camel's back. At the conclusion of the documentation, the unremarkable and the cold attitude expressed by the finance manager, as we walked out of the office is the consequence of this review. No thank you, no comment of "enjoy your purchase" not even a smile. Of all the things you wear , expression is the most important. A scene that you perhaps will encounter in a funeral home's financing department but for the thank you(s). I have been a customer of Valley Honda since 1999 servicing all my Honda and Acura vehicles. I certainly have to appreciate and commend the outstanding members of Valley Honda staff that I have encountered over the years - Sam Kim, Kevin Hefferman, John Benec, Joe Navarro, Nick Capezio, Bill Terhorst and Roland Gomez. That cannot be said of Mr. Jab Rahaman who was the manager who dealt with us that day. It was certainly under his tutelage that the finance manager operated and Mr Jab Rahaman bears a greater responsibility for this review and low rating as well.
