It was a surprise to walk in and see the people with smiles on their faces. It did not take long to understand why. All employees were very polite, and friendly. He made buying a vehicle so easy, covering all aspects of the buying experience. Besides the conversation about the car and a test drive, he was well informed about the Honda pilot.
