HORRIBLE SERVICE Service advisors are always to busy to be through. Ask for the car to be washed they will not do it, ask for it NOT to be washed and they will! Victor at Elk Grove Toyota made a stressful situation easier with his good manners, excellent customer service and friendly smile. From the first call to Toyota they set the correct expectation. No available appointments but let me leave my car for standby. Victor let me know exactly what would be covered and not covered for a diagnostic test. I appreciate honestly and correct expectations. I got my car back the same day. They were able to squeeze me in after all!! More
