Didn't go as expected, but turned out great Matthew was the first to help me out and he was very kind and courteous. Took care of my check-in with no problems. Later in the evening, Victor calle Matthew was the first to help me out and he was very kind and courteous. Took care of my check-in with no problems. Later in the evening, Victor called me to say that my car was not going to be ready on time but informed that a rental car could be provided at no cost, if needed. He also discounted my final bill due to the inconvenience. Pleasure to work with. More

excellent will recommend Daniel to my freinds and family brought my car in for oil change service and Daniel noticed that I needed new rotors and back breaks and recommend I have them fixed . Damaged my vehicle on first visit but friendly center I hate to give a poor review as all my visits to any Toyota service have been 5 stars. Went into Elk Grove Toyota for a routine maintenance. 1.5 hou I hate to give a poor review as all my visits to any Toyota service have been 5 stars. Went into Elk Grove Toyota for a routine maintenance. 1.5 hours after I left, they called to ask me to check if my car was leaking oil. The advisor told me the mechanic struggled to open my oil filter cap and used some "muscle" and had noticed leakage under my car but was not certain if it was from my car. To my disappointment, oil was dripping under my car when I checked and my license plate was bent forward and half my souvenir plate frame was gone. I was running errands with my small child and was driving the car for about 2 hours by the time I returned home. I was nervous to drive it back to the center 20 minutes away, but thankfully, they sent out their tow service the next day. Staff is friendly and very helpful, but this was a little careless and I'm not sure why the advisor and myself, were notified 1.5 hours after I had picked up the car. I should have not left the lot with it, if there were any doubt in the safety of my car. More
