Victoria at the dealership was absolutely wonderful. I tried to call 10 minutes before closing and was put on hold for 7 1/2 minutes and then hung up on and when I arrived at exactly 6 PM when they clos I tried to call 10 minutes before closing and was put on hold for 7 1/2 minutes and then hung up on and when I arrived at exactly 6 PM when they close they were already closed down for the day, unfortunately. I was then told by the other staff that the service department closed early but they allowed me to come in and grab my car anyways which I am incredibly thankful for. More
