What was supposed to be a 90 minute appointment turned into a more than 4 hours appointment. While some of the extended time was due to a power outage and some additional work, it’s seems every time I bri into a more than 4 hours appointment. I'm impressed by how well informed staff are, how patient they are, and how accommodating they are. That also includes the employees at the check-out booth AND the very kind drivers who have taken me home after I've dropped off my car and picked me up later to take me back to my car.
