What was supposed to be a 90 minute appointment turned into a more than 4 hours appointment. While some of the extended time was due to a power outage and some additional work, it’s seems every time I bri into a more than 4 hours appointment. While some of the extended time was due to a power outage and some additional work, it’s seems every time I bring my car in for service, it takes a long time. I suggest you review your processes and make adjustments where needed. More

I don't see her name here, but I dealt with Torii (not sure of spelling--or is that short hand for Victoria?) during my last visit. She was great. I've been a customer for many years now. I'm impressed by how well informed staff are, how patient they are, and how accommodating they are. That also includes the employees at the check-out booth AND the very kind drivers who have taken me home after I've dropped off my car and picked me up later to take me back to my car. I appreciate them all. (I haven't seen Peggy the last few times I've been there, but she's always been great.) More

I have been a consistent Honda owner since 2002 and I was so surprised to see how easy Subaru’s Express Maintenance was. In the past at Honda I would need to drop off my car early morning and it would al was so surprised to see how easy Subaru’s Express Maintenance was. In the past at Honda I would need to drop off my car early morning and it would always take 4-5 hours for regular maintenance to be performed. To make matters worse, after receiving a call from Honda’s service department letting me know my car was ready for pickup, I would need to wait an additional 30+ minutes to get my car after my car was checked out. One time I had to wait almost an hour for my car, along with other customers. It was a wonderful to experience Subaru’s quick service and organization. And, also, a shout out to Selina, the Service Concierge who helped me. She was fantastic! More

The service department was very friendly and helpful. Victoria knew just what we needed and explained the differences between the service option and how different features of the plans would fit how we d Victoria knew just what we needed and explained the differences between the service option and how different features of the plans would fit how we drive our car. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and a nice place to wait. Victoria came and explained that we need a new cabin filter and I felt she was being honest and not just trying to up-sell me. A very pleasant experience. More
