When calling for an appointment this time, the lady was more helpful about what service was needed. compared to some past calls I've made. At my age I'm driving many, many fewer miles than in years past, so it's always a question whether to get yet another short express service or finally have a more intensive service. My impression is that there has been staff turnover or some new management. It looks promising, and I've been a client for ages! More

I went to the website to make an appointment but it said that I didn't have to make an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. When I came in, I was told that I'd have to leave my car all day because that I didn't have to make an appointment for oil change and tire rotation.
