It was great to schedule a same day service for an oil change. When I got there no one greeted me so I just stood there. I found the advisor board and called out for my advisor but was told he had the d change. When I got there no one greeted me so I just stood there. Got a good deal with an email discount on the oil change but not worth the three hours. Tire rotation was not included. They did not wash the vehicle. They did offer to wash it as I was leaving at three hour mark, but I declined as I didn’t want to be there for another hour possibly? Customer service needs major improvements. I would not go back, even if they offered the oil change for free until things improve. Not worth my time. More
