Villus and Samantha both were professional and outstanding to work with on-boarding me with my new QS5. They took the time to make sure i had all my questions answered. Vilius Vainilavicius was knowledgeable, friendly and quick with the responses to our questions via text, email and phone. He had everything ready when we went to pick up the car that we selected and to quick with the responses to our questions via text, email and phone.
