First off, I live in MN and this dealership is in NJ. I found a car I was interested in through Autotrader and contacted the dealership via email. Ralph DelGaudio followed up with me; after a couple emails found a car I was interested in through Autotrader and contacted the dealership via email. Ralph DelGaudio followed up with me; after a couple emails/phone calls back and forth I decided this car was for me (Ralph was very helpful, sent me additional interior pics, etc). From that I point I worked with Vince Dillon to iron out the details and with Howard Fromm on financing through BMW. I decided to fly out, pick up the car and drive it home to MN. Vince arranged for a very pleasant man named Norm to pick me up from the airport. When we got to the dealership the car was exactly as described and I would rate it in excellent condition. Before signing any paperwork Vince and I took the car for a spin and he showed me some of the features (paired bluetooth phone w/car etc.). Signing all of the paperwork with Howard was a breeze, he mentioned the additional warranties, etc. but was not pushy at all. After all was said and done I asked Vince if they sold an Aux cable at the dealership so that I could listen to music on my phone through the car stereo (I didn't think to bring mine...), he gave me his Aux cable out of his car! All in all, I am extremely happy with the car, the purchasing process and everyone that I worked with at Flemington BMW and I would highly recommend them, whether your local or live halfway across the country. More

Came to Flemington to purchase a car. Originally looked for a new car. Stopped by Flemington BMW just to admire because I always wanted a BMW but did not think I could afford one. The Certified pre-owned B for a new car. Stopped by Flemington BMW just to admire because I always wanted a BMW but did not think I could afford one. The Certified pre-owned BMWs are extremely clean and are like new. The staff were extremely friendly and accomadating. It was an easy decision to not settle and drive the car that I wanted without breaking the bank. Thanks Vince and Flemington BMW. More

I was getting my car serviced and wasn't looking to buy a new car at this time. They had so many options and choices that enabled me to work out a payment plan so that I am paying less now then on my old car new car at this time. His first impression towards me was absolutely horrendous. His very first words were, "What did you want?" To me, this is a complete turn off. I had been looking for several months for a small vehicle to purchase since my children are in college and on their own -- very tired of driving an eight passenger truck! After test-driving several models, I loved the BMW Z4, and with great reviews, found a used Z4 was exactly in my price range. (My husband was reluctant.) I researched several vehicles via the internet, and was disappointed to find advertisements for vehicles which had been sold much earlier in the month. Fortunately, when I found a 2005 Z4 at Flemington, Cindy in internet sales e-mailed me at 6:00 a.m.! I called as soon as the dealership opened and secured an immediate appointment which was important because I was traveling over 60 miles to see the car. That afternoon I test drove the Z4, but was unable to commit since my husband had not seen it. It sold during Vince's next appointment! Needless to say, I was disappointed, but both Cindy and Vince promised to contact me if the deal cancelled. The next day, I had a call from Flemington that the vehicle was still available. Vince was great to deal with and made me feel confident in the purchase. I liked the car so much that I bought it w/out my husband and picked it up with my 19 year old son...he loved it and was rewarded with the spare keys! My Z4 is beautiful, clean as a whistle inside and out, and everything is as promised. In fact, my husband asked if he could drive it the very next morning--imagine that! I can't drive down the street w/out smiling...thanks to Vince, Cindy, and Flemington. Great experience, and when the kids are out of college, I'll be back for the new model! More
