I bought my 2020 X3 as as demo model. Tom there sold it to us. Great experience. Brought it back with in a couple a month for a problem with the infotainment system. They couldn’t get the Tom there sold it to us. Great experience. Brought it back with in a couple a month for a problem with the infotainment system. They couldn’t get the part so the repair was temporary. Since owning the car this problem is still not resolved. The part is on back order. They never let me know anything about progress. I called him they don’t call me. My representative is Vince he is weak on every level. I push for this resolution more than they do. I would never suggest buying a car there. Sorry BMW of Darien. Sales people Tom was great, but that’s a one time experience. It’s the service that makes up your owning the a repeat experience. More

This dealer is the worst I’ve ever been to in my life. It took them 7 hours merely to replace the rear brake pads, change the windshield wiper blades and change the oil and I was never called nor text to It took them 7 hours merely to replace the rear brake pads, change the windshield wiper blades and change the oil and I was never called nor text to let me know my car was ready. What’s worse is that I specifically told them not to put My car through their automatic car wash and they did anyway and it put two 15 inch long scratches in the paint located right on the hood. When I got to this dealer they told Me car was ready and had me sign the paperwork and then made Me wait another 20 minutes for My car to be brought to me from their gated rear Lot which customers Cannot enter. I heard another customer yelling at the Service writers while I was there and now I know why. Avoid bringing your BMW to this dealer for service even if you bought it there because they’re TERRIBLE More
