Vincent, I suppose you the oil service was replace with new however the dashboard wasn"t reset! The service was done as scheduled for Monday, 4/20/20, how many ground wire for battery were replaced and whe new however the dashboard wasn"t reset! I took advantage of the free at home pick up and drop off for an oil change service. I had a excellent experience. Bmw Darien arrived at my home on time, called prior to arrival so I could leave the key in for an oil change service. I had a excellent experience. Bmw Darien arrived at my home on time, called prior to arrival so I could leave the key in the car (contact less) and picked up my vehicle (fully protected wearing masks and gloves) and preformed the oil changed as I requested. They even have a promotion going on for a full synthetic oil change service with premium BMW oil filter for only $59.95. My service representative kept me up to date periodically through out day via text/phone. The mechanic doing the servicing sent me a video of under my car and hood to show items/parts that were okay other items that would eventually need to be looked at or replaced as a recommendation (No extra services were forced upon me). After the service was completed, I paid over the phone and the vehicle was delivered back to my home with in the day. Highly recommend. More
