Juan and Vince are great. We have had the vehicle one week today and I wont lie we have been back to the dealership twice in two days. Lug nuts were missing from two wheels and we had an issue with a module or sensor that caused an issue but Palmen service, specifically Jason Garon has been beyond awesome! While we do have some nerves about our vehicle and hoping for no more issues for at least a little while, we are very happy we purchased locally and that Jason is as awesome as he is!! More
