I like Palmen. They’re a long time local family owned business. I don’t like big box stores, which is what I think of when I think of those national chains that sel They’re a long time local family owned business. I don’t like big box stores, which is what I think of when I think of those national chains that sell anything. Palmen is not a “big box” store. At Palmen I don’t worry about the title on a used car being clean, which can be a concern when buying from a private party or on-line. I like to buy at a dealership that can service what it sells. Palmen has exceeded my expectations in that department. I cringe at the thought of needing my car serviced, but Jason in the service department at Palmen Cadillac is top notch. The last car I purchased was a Jeep from Bob Pisciotti at Palmen Jeep. I got some good advice from Bob, stress free, buying experience and I still have that Jeep. Dealing with Palmen Motors has reinforced my opinion that buying from a local, branded, dealership is the only way to buy a car. Inventory is a issue for all the dealerships these days. Go in to Palmen anyway! You might be pleasantly surprised. More
