I can't express enough on how satisfied we are with our latest purchase. What a wonderful surprise to work with Eva again who sold us our last Honda that we purchased over 22 years ago. Straight forward in working with me with our Trade and getting my wife her new vehicle. Eva respected our time and made the process so easy and quick. Vince finished the process with us and this to was a pleasent experience. We have bought many vehicles in the last couple decades and I can say the best were both at this Honda dealership. We traveled past a few other closer dealers due to the straight forward communication of Tara online and never feeling pressured or annoyed. I have been going to Brilliance Honda for 3 years now. The service department "guys" are all so pleasant! It has to be because of management which extends to employees than onto customers.
