Very pleasent experience!! I had the pleasure to work with Mr. Stefransky Lemoine at the dealers and I was very pleased with his level of professionalism. He was very knowledgea I had the pleasure to work with Mr. Stefransky Lemoine at the dealers and I was very pleased with his level of professionalism. He was very knowledgeable about the 2018 BMW X3 M440I SUV vehicle that I purchased. He took me for relatively long test drive explaining the vehicle to me and allowing me to genuinely understand the vehicle before I left the dealership. Stefansky was not pushy by any means and seems very genuine during this entire purchase process. I also work with Mr. Vincent Joseph on the trade of my vehicle and I found mr. Joseph to be very fair as well as very professional. Both Stefransky and Vincent we're always very kind and polite during the entire process and made this purchase very easy. I do have a lot of experience in purchasing Vehicles as I have had well over a hundred vehicles and have dealt with several different dealerships. I happen to really like this particular dealership and will definitely be returning for my next purchase. More

Manny (sales) was informative and prompt in our first meeting and gave me a test drive in a nice area, we discussed he pros and cons of BMW vs other brands and also how Tenafly thinks about their customers. It comes down to experience. With the internet folks can see makes and models and price and various important factors of a car though given all the info out there Tenafly BMW is focused on making sure people feel great about buying a car at a fair price and are given amazing treatment. I highly recommend at a minimum visiting this dealership if you are looking for a bmw! I chose to buy a car from them ultimatley because of my experience especially as a first time bmw owner and first time owner of a car in a decade! More
