The service dept used to be great, but now it’s next to impossible to schedule an appointment and routine maintenance takes 2-3 hours to complete. I have been serviced by Heiser for 15yrs! On my last visit a few weeks ago I was having some emotional difficulties and Peter in the service Dept was Very Understanding!! Vincent Lor and Joe Kuckuk are very helpful, and seem to always care. James Hicks (whom I purchased my car from is very nice to deal with. Probably left out some names, but they know who they are!!
