I went to your Chevrolet dealership where I bought the vehicle they refused to look at the ignition told me to take it to your Toyota dealership where I sat for 2 hours for them to tell me they couldn't d vehicle they refused to look at the ignition told me to take it to your Toyota dealership where I sat for 2 hours for them to tell me they couldn't duplicate the problem until they got the key stuck in the door. Then proceeded to tell me it was a bent key. Had this problem with both keys and the service technician couldn't show me where the key was bent. Then told me the price to replace the keys in which I said should be covered by the extended warranty that I purchased when I bought the vehicle and I was told covered everything including windshield wiper blades. They also refused to call the warranty company until I asked for my key back. Don't know that I will return been to Heiser 2 for service both times treated rudly. More

Very happy with my service experiences at Heiser. I’ve been a customer for 11 years and they have been very polite and professional. Vehicle is always fixed correctly the first time.
