Battery not switching over as quickly as it was prior to both of my 5K and 10K mile services. Almost like it was turned down, or altered. Not to mention my MPG's have ebbed, and now seemingly plateaued, sin both of my 5K and 10K mile services. Almost like it was turned down, or altered. Getting pretty tired of Heiser. Every time I come in for service something doesn't add up. Always trying to up sell on service. $90/hour for just a diagnostic check? Came in for an oil change, they said I had to replace my shocks and pay for an alignment, which I did. Then my car was making a funny noise so I brought it back in. They had given me a bad part (shock) so h shocks and pay for an alignment, which I did. Then my car was making a funny noise so I brought it back in. They had given me a bad part (shock) so had to replace it (at no cost) they then gave me a hard time when I asked for an alignment again. My thought process was if they tell you you need an alignment after shock work when I’m paying for it, they should also do it when I’m not getting charged because of the bad part they gave me. This whole issue took hours out of my work day and I wasn’t even offered a discount on my next oil change or anything to address the fact I had to bring my car back in and waste hours of my day all because I was given a bad part. Very disappointed. More
