Everything went well until the End. Put in an application and instead of telling me the deal would not work......I was left waiting for a call from the salesman for going on 3 days now with no call at all. Awesome car buying experience!! I was greated by Vincenzo Barton on the phone after an online inquiry. I made an apointment with him for Monday, January 20, 2020. I didn't think tha I was greated by Vincenzo Barton on the phone after an online inquiry. I made an apointment with him for Monday, January 20, 2020. I didn't think that I would be able to get a car let alone a brand new one, but I did!! Vinnie was amazing as were all the people I encountered at the dealership. I felt that Vinnie went above and beyond what a typical sales associate would for me. More

Everything was great. Vinnie and Jenny were awesome and super nice. My only downside was the high energy. I do appreciate high energy, But Vinnie was a little too high energy :). I want to get er done so to speak as much as the next person but I was feeling a little overwhelmed on a few occasions. I feel it caused me to forget to ask some things. But we love the car and everything seemed to go well. More

Only way is up! I was so stressed! Crying!! I mean the ugly cry too and from the front desk to the finance guy, each person was genuine. I love them and I thank them I was so stressed! Crying!! Unhappy customer of the "Royal Treatment ". So called royal treatment is terrible . They filled my car up with crappy gas my car ran terrible for over a week. Vinny claimed that my second key fob was in the safe and of course it was not . We will get to looking for it he claims . Never called me to let me know when or if he had ordered it . Still clueless. The detail is horrible , i have detailed vehicles and 18 wheelers for a living and just vacuuming is not what you call a detail. It seems as soon as the sale of my car was done well i meant nothing else to lawton kia . More
