Meh. Looking for a used car for my college aged daughter, we were able to find an acceptable vehicle on your lot. This was an apparent newly traded in from the trash and dirt on the floor and backseats (previous owner obviously had children) from a skittle embedded in the rear seat and fragmints of candy wrappers and stains on the upholstery. I ask Vinny if this will be cleaned up? Vinny replied that the vehicle will be "detailed after its bought." Is it strange for me to think that they would keep the car this dirty to sell it? Okay, I'm satisfied with the car as is (with the exception of the car detailed and filled with gas as stated by Vinny)after the purchase. To say that the car was detailed was a by far an underestimation of terms used. Car washed yes Windows cleaned mostly Tires sprayed with tire shine yes Interior vacuumed somewhat, that skittle still embedded in the seat at pick up. Would I call it detailed? No not hardly. What I would expect from a car dealership on this trade in flip is something like we'll wash and clean it up and fill it with gas and have it ready to go. And an effort beyond my daughters capabilities with a bucket, sponge and a vaccum cleaner. "Detailed" in this case is a very loaded word. And yes we had to return to get the gas topped off as promised. More
