Im not sure I will take my vehicles to be serviced at Belzers again. I came in at 7AM to have it serviced for my AC issue. My plan was to drop it off and pick it up later that day. The rep told me tha Belzers again. I came in at 7AM to have it serviced for my AC issue. My plan was to drop it off and pick it up later that day. The rep told me that its better to wait if you want it done sooner and so I waited for over 2 hours before i came and asked for an update. He told me that it needs a new part and will not be done until later. i told him i need the vehicle by end of day so i can have it to drive to work in the morning. so i got a shuttle home and waited. By 430pm I never got a call for an update. SO i called and the rep had left already. I was stuck with no vehicle and had to adjust my schedule the next day. Finally got a call the next day that it will be done that day. Very disappointed in the lack of communication which cost me to make phone calls to get my children where they needed to be as well as my work schedule. More

Belzer Chevrolet is always so customer and service oriented. I was there for a lease buy out and they - Amanda I think - squeezed me in for an oil change. John Z is always incredibly helpful and personable too. He makes the sales so much less stressful with the extra help he always provides. Kudos to him too!! More

Several hassles in taking possession including being issued the incorrect temp registration. Correctly promptly, but a hassle and inconvenience no less. Service department handled installs of accessories well, including scheduling and communication of status. More
