Im not sure I will take my vehicles to be serviced at Belzers again. I came in at 7AM to have it serviced for my AC issue. My plan was to drop it off and pick it up later that day. The rep told me tha Belzers again. I came in at 7AM to have it serviced for my AC issue. My plan was to drop it off and pick it up later that day. The rep told me that its better to wait if you want it done sooner and so I waited for over 2 hours before i came and asked for an update. He told me that it needs a new part and will not be done until later. i told him i need the vehicle by end of day so i can have it to drive to work in the morning. so i got a shuttle home and waited. By 430pm I never got a call for an update. SO i called and the rep had left already. I was stuck with no vehicle and had to adjust my schedule the next day. Finally got a call the next day that it will be done that day. Very disappointed in the lack of communication which cost me to make phone calls to get my children where they needed to be as well as my work schedule. More

Belzer Chevrolet is always so customer and service oriented. I was there for a lease buy out and they - Amanda I think - squeezed me in for an oil change. Such great help and attitude toward the cust oriented. I was there for a lease buy out and they - Amanda I think - squeezed me in for an oil change. Such great help and attitude toward the customer. John Z is always incredibly helpful and personable too. He makes the sales so much less stressful with the extra help he always provides. Kudos to him too!! More

Friendly employees. Competitive pricing. Decent inventory. Not very flexible regarding purchase, wouldn’t except out of state check so essentially required to finance. Competitive pricing. Several hassles in taking possession including being issued the incorrect temp registration. Correctly promptly, but a hassle and inconvenience no less. Service department handled installs of accessories well, including scheduling and communication of status. More

I had an appointment for services with a book time of two hours. I took time off of work to for the service and scheduled some critical appointments for late afternoon. I dropped my car off the night before hours. I took time off of work to for the service and scheduled some critical appointments for late afternoon. I dropped my car off the night before because they said they would work on it early in the morning. I called at noon asking for an update and all they said was they were working on it and would call me shortly. 3 hours later they still hadnt called me so i called again. Again, they told me they were working on it. I was stuck using a cab service for a few days till i could take more time off work to pick up my car. This place is a xxxx show. Dont trust them when they tell you how long it takes. Dont trust them when they say they will work on your car. Your best bet is to go somewhere else More
