Our Escape would not turn off at times. We were told it has mouse nest on the top of the engine and they had to repair wires. The next day we call for an update and are told it needs a pcm update. we ge has mouse nest on the top of the engine and they had to repair wires. The next day we call for an update and are told it needs a pcm update. we get the bill. All it says is 495 labor to update the pcm. A couple days later again it won’t shut off. I pulled the plastic cover off the top off the motor. Found a mouse nest with no evidence of chewed wires. Cleaned it up and found the body ground was loose. Thanks for fleecing me out of 500 Belzer. More

I love the vehicle but my experience buying it & with Service wasn't great. I takked to Donny and made an appointment over the phone for the following morning at 10:00am; I showed up on time but he wasn' Service wasn't great. I takked to Donny and made an appointment over the phone for the following morning at 10:00am; I showed up on time but he wasn't schedule to come in until 11:30am so after 30 minutes of trying to get someone to help me, Mary Jo took care of me. The website mentioned a warranty and new snow tires, didn't get either (I did get a discount on the car price, but the snow tires were the main reason why I came to this dealership before any other). The carfax said detailing was completed on 4/20 (I purchased the vehicle 4/24) and the car was as dirty as the previous owner traded it in. I brought it in 7 days later for a detailing appointment and they did a 2/10 job (maybe because the car was already sold and they didn't need to put in the extra effort to make it look appealing) I got home and cleaned it myself right after the "detailing" appointment (which took 3:30hrs) - I used about 20 cleaning wipes to get it somewhat clean and bought two air fresheners because the smoke smell is still prevalent. For that kind of service, I would've rather not driven the 40 miles RT (twice!) and wasted my time. More

Cartified Ram in the shop 5 times so far for 25 days in 2 mo My Truck that they certified has gone into the shop 5 times in 2 months of ownership. 28 days without it in my driveway. First they could not find t My Truck that they certified has gone into the shop 5 times in 2 months of ownership. 28 days without it in my driveway. First they could not find the key for over an hour. On the way home from the purchase truck started dinging and showing trouble lights. Next business day tried to get it back up there to get it fixed. The truck shut down and had to be towed into the shop. they told me they accidentally fixed the wrong truck and mine was supposed to get fixed before it was sold. Loaner given and took 5 days to fix. Same lights 2 weeks later and they couldn't find anything wrong. 2 weeks later I took it into the local ram shop for more issues and was without a loaner for 7 days. Belzer's said they didn't have a rental for 2 weeks. I was told by their service adviser that they were driving my truck and couldn't find problems. I have Drone mobile and it has GPS. They were not driving my car when they said they were. I tried to take the truck back the day of sale and they said they would take care of me... It is back in the shop again for a shut down. unsure how long I will be without this truck this time. I found a replacement truck on their lot with same price same options same miles and was told they would do it as a trade in and I would owe them 5600 dollars. I am without a truck again and fear that this summer when my family and I go camping this thing will shutdown and lock up with a camper behind it and my family in it. This thing is very dangerous in my opinion!!! My rental coverage runs out today and I will have no vehicle until it gets fixed... could be more then 2 weeks. They say they are willing to work with me but the solution is me Trading my truck for another one and losing over 7 grand in the end. More
