I had an appointment for services with a book time of two hours. I took time off of work to for the service and scheduled some critical appointments for late afternoon. I dropped my car off the night before hours. I took time off of work to for the service and scheduled some critical appointments for late afternoon. I dropped my car off the night before because they said they would work on it early in the morning. I called at noon asking for an update and all they said was they were working on it and would call me shortly. 3 hours later they still hadnt called me so i called again. Again, they told me they were working on it. I was stuck using a cab service for a few days till i could take more time off work to pick up my car. This place is a xxxx show. Dont trust them when they tell you how long it takes. Dont trust them when they say they will work on your car. Your best bet is to go somewhere else More

Our Escape would not turn off at times. We were told it has mouse nest on the top of the engine and they had to repair wires. The next day we call for an update and are told it needs a pcm update. we ge has mouse nest on the top of the engine and they had to repair wires. The next day we call for an update and are told it needs a pcm update. we get the bill. All it says is 495 labor to update the pcm. A couple days later again it won’t shut off. I pulled the plastic cover off the top off the motor. Found a mouse nest with no evidence of chewed wires. Cleaned it up and found the body ground was loose. Thanks for fleecing me out of 500 Belzer. More
