When checking in for my appointment, the man who did that was rather rude, made me feel like I was bothering him. Besides what I was there for (recall and oil change) I had had a flat tire. When it was loosing air and then totally flat the sensor on my dash never come on. I explained this to him and what he wrote was to check my tire. Not the point at all.
