He even managed to find a loaner for me last minute. While the car was in service he communicated everything in a timely manner and addressed my every concern. Paperwork was done and waiting at the cashier when I arrived to pick up my car. He again made sure to address all my concerns and confirm that he had done all that he could do for me before I left. This is how getting a car serviced should be. More

The very friendly and efficient service personnel took it upon himself to not only get the problem fixed but arrange it that my cost, due to my special circumstances was zero. He did not have to, but he went all out to make sure everything was taken care of. Believe me, i was so relieved and very grateful . I applaud his dedication to the customers. Also during my wait at the shop I saw nothing but very friendly and professional customer service by the other team members. More
