We truly appreciate Wade's dedication to taking great care of your vehicle and are so glad he's been able to help you with your car needs over time. That said, we want to sincerely acknowledge your frustration about the condition of your vehicle when you picked it up after your $5k repair investment, and we completely understand why that left a bad taste in your mouth. You absolutely deserved to see your vehicle returned to you in pristine condition, and we're sorry that our cleaning fell short of the standard you rightfully expected at Covert Cadillac Bee Cave. We'd genuinely like the opportunity to make this right and show you that we value your significant investment and your loyalty to us. Please reach out to our management team directly so we can discuss how we can restore your confidence and ensure that future experiences reflect the quality service you deserve.
