Went to pick up the car and it was ready to drive, fully detailed, and with a big red bow on the hood, insurance been taken care of. Couldn't ask for a better experience. He has no time to small talk you. He is real and he knows the product he is selling is premier. Don't get me wrong, he is very personable and knowledgeable about the cars he sells. Beware of the salesman who has to "sell" you. Mike assists you, BMW sells itself. Just like every purchase should. I suggest when (not if) you buy a car at BMW of Freehold that you demand Maria Shouldice to be the finance manager you deal with.
