Waleed was an amazing help to make sure my issues were resolved with purchasing a car through Honda of Dartmouth! Here’s what happened prior to his help: I had purchased the car there and everything we resolved with purchasing a car through Honda of Dartmouth! Here’s what happened prior to his help: I had purchased the car there and everything went wrong and dragged out for weeks. It took them 8.5 hours to sell me a car, they messed up my registration which caused a ton of issues for me, they didn’t clean the car as they said they would, didn’t have a spare key and they didn’t realize it until my registration came in, very slow turn around times for repairs and they give you incorrect information for when the car will be ready. Things weren’t repaired correctly, and when I purchased the car I drive off the lot with a broken axle. I would never buy from Honda of Dartmouth again. Once Waleed found out about all this he made sure I was taken care of! He made sure my car was safely inspected, repaired, cleaned, gave me two complimentary oil changes, covered my first car payment, and made sure I got the spare key! Rental was even covered through the hassle of getting my car up to par. I will only go through him now when I call for something for my car. He was amazing and he makes sure the job gets done! More
